We offer free worldwide shipping to our customers. Once your order is placed and the custom production is completed, air shipments are sent out every Wednesday and Saturday. While most p
roducts will be shipped by air, with an estimated delivery time of 7-10 business days, Some of the topper will also be sent via air freight.
For 4D air fiber mattress toppers, we ensure the product remains intact to preserve your sleep experience. However, due to its size exceeding air freight requirements and weighing between 20 to 40 lbs, the first leg of the journey will be by sea, followed by FedEx for the second leg. Delivery typically takes around 15-20 business days.
